Client, Project and Task Administration

In iZepto, there is a hierarchy of Clients, Projects and Tasks. You use Clients and Projects to group Tasks for reporting.

Users enter time against a Task.

You have:
3 clients. You can Add or Edit clients.
3 projects. You can Add or Edit projects.
5 tasks. You can Add or Edit tasks.

User Administration

You can Add or Edit users. Anyone linked to your company can record time. You can also give them Reporting and Administration privileges.
You can Add or Edit groups. Groups help in reporting.

Import/Export

If you have many tasks to add you can Import tasks from a Comma Separated File.

You can also Download clients, projects and tasks to a file (helpful as a starting point for an import as well).

Sharing and Connectors

Shared Projects: You can Share Projects with other companies, or see projects shared to you. Great for letting a client see time spent on a project!

External Connectors: If you use Jira from Atlassian, or Basecamp from 37signals, you can get tasks created automatically by using an external connector. Helps you log time in one place, but have the right tasks created for you automatically!

Leave Management

You can use iZepto to manage your leave requests! Just mark task for different leave types as "Used for Leave?" and then a user can request leave. There is an approval and rejection function that allows an administrator to manage leave requests.

You have 0 requests requiring approval.

There are 0 requests outstanding for this company.

You have 3 leave tasks.
